How People-Centered Research can help
Partnering with a highly qualified, objective outsider will allow you to gain insights into why your organization has its performance challenges and what can be done about it.

Levels
Worker (Employee) level performance factors include: Information/Feedback for work, Resources (tools, equipment, materials, money, time or people), Incentives, Skills/Knowledge, Capacity and Motivation. Enhancing one or more of these areas can greatly improve employee performance.
Work process level performance factors include identifying practices, procedures, standards, communications, objectives and accountabilities that need tweaking. Challenges and opportunities may stem from one or more of these factors.
At the Workplace level a big picture focus is easier with the input of a neutral partner. We help organizations uncover the source of performance speed-bumps such as: siloed thinking, misaligned business strategies, workflow, and corporate values-action disconnects, or unnecessarily restrictive policies and procedures. Organizational level issues typically trickle down to the team and individual levels.
